Sad Girl Halloween

My good friend Krystal Millie and I came up with the concept for this shoot when we decided we wanted to create something special together to commemorate the start of fall (a.k.a. spooky season). Krystal is wearing the iconic Phoebe Bridgers-inspired skeleton onesie, which was fitting, as Phoebe is so well known for her sad-girl, heart-wrenching music.

Krystal and I loved the idea of capturing the skeleton look around every day in regular places such as the supermarket. So we decided to shoot in this local Asian mart here in Miami. We hope that these photos help you remember that it’s okay to feel a little blue every once in a while. Just remember that you’re not alone.
