Isa Magazine is based in Toronto, Canada but accepts work from all over the world (yes, really — anywhere).

We focus on the stories of Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) youth, women, genderqueer and non-binary folks, but are inclusive to all of the LGBTQ+ community.

As we are starting out, we are entirely volunteer powered and are a labour of love, and self-funded by our Founding Editor alone.

Unfortunately, no, we do not offer monetary compensation at this time. However, of course, as we grow and continue in this journey, our main priority is to eventually compensate our deserving and talented contributors.
